  Horrible customer service. Went to this subway couple weeks ago. Lady Katie was very abrupt and unpleasant. Gave benefit of the doubt thinking she may just be having an off day of the month or something.

  Figured this will be interesting. At the time she was serving a father and son, whom which were very polite. Not once did she smile at the customers, or say any niceties. Just was stern abrupt and unfriendly.
